Empty Shops

Sad sight, row of four empty shops in the Mander centre. However a large refurbishment of the shopping centre is on the cards, so this may be part of the reason.

    And that probably means that the rent will go up.

    The refurbishment would definitely explain it. One of our malls is undergoing the same process.
